To qualify for employment and training with AE, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED or be a co-op student
- A passing background check (if over 18)
- Ability to pass an Entrance Exam (math/reading) with an 80%
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- A reliable way to and from work and class
